Lunchtime Festive Boost
5, 35 min Lunchtime Zoom workouts. Monday 7th, 14th and 21st - CARDIO BLAST, Weds 9th and 16th - FULL BODY TONE. All workouts will be saved on a private facebook group so you can do them in your own time if you miss one. Workouts are designed for all abilities as options for different levels will be given. Pelvic floor, post natal and pregnancy safe. Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks post partum or 10 weeks after a c-section and have been cleared to exercise by your doctor.
