Fit to Run
This is a 6 week course. All courses are non-refundable unless cancelled 48 hours before the first class. Classes will take part on Zoom.
Please ensure you have purchased all the pieces of kit that you need before the course starts. The links for these can be found either on the fit to run page on my website or in the welcome letter. They include:
A couple of tennis sized balls or dog balls
A couple of yoga blocks (big books will do though you will need to be happy to stand / lean on them)
A resistance band
A pilates ball.
