Lunchtime Lockdown Boost
8 live zoom workouts starting on Monday 1st Feb. Mondays - Cardio Blast. Wednesdays - Full Body Tone. Plus 8 pre-recorded workouts to do in your own time. These will be upper and lower body strength. You will also have 4 core videos to do in your own time. You will have an option between beginner or intemediate. All workouts begin at 12pm. If you miss it you will be able to catch up as workouts will be recorded.
