How soon can I start?
If you have had a natural delivery you can start after your 6 week check up by your doctor or health visitor. If you have had a C-section, you will need to wait 8-10 weeks.



Can I bring my baby?
YES! The whole point of mama mojo fitness is to design exercise programs that you can bring your baby along to. If it is an outdoor session, they will be safely secured in their buggy and we will move around as much as possible and keep them entertained by doing silly movements. If it is an indoor class they will need to be pre-walkers. They can either sit in their buggy or be on a mat beside you. Bring toys / food / bottles to keep them happy. The only classes which are baby free are the running club sessions



What if my baby cries?
It's fine. Babies cry, feel free to feed them or to give them a cuddle. I am also happy to help out with cuddles!



What to bring?
- Drink / snack for mummy and baby
- Rain cover or sunshade for baby
- toys to keep baby occupied
- sunscreen in warm weather



What should I wear?
Comfy trainers - ensure the support and cushion the foot well as this will reduce the risk of injury
Sports Bra - a good sports bra is essential for support after having a baby, especially if breast feeding.
Layers - It is best to wear layers so that you can add or remove depending on how warm you feel
Hat scarf and gloves in cold weather and especially for baby



What if it rains?
Classes will continue even if it rains. If it is particularly bad weather such as snow storms I will put a cancellation notice on my facebook and Instagram page



I feel self conscious!
Please don't feel self conscious, everybody will be in the same boat an this is a totally non-judgemental environment with the main ethos being laughter and friendliness.

Cancellation policy 
For personal training and Outdoor Mama HIIT at least 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session / class. This cancellation must be via an email, text, or call to 07703101424

If a session is not attended by the client, or less than 24 hours notice has been given, the full session charge will apply. 

For Mama Revive and Restore classes the course is non refundable unless cancellation is made 48 hours before the first class
